No sign of $160 video card yet, three months and counting.

I bought a BFG 6800 videocard from MetalX from http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=987322&highlight=6800
three months ago, right before Christmas 2005. I paid a total of $160US for it. Since then I have not seen any sign whatsoever of the card. I contacted MetalX January 19, with no response from him. Right before Paypal\'s 45 days ran out, at which point I can no longer file a purchase claim, I filed my claim. After I filed my claim, Paypal judged the case in my favour and tried to claim my money back from MetalX.

I received a total of $0.01, since he withdrew all the money from his account.

I may not have a lot of feedback here, but I have made many transactions online in the past (see my eBay feedback at http://feedback.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=sinbios412&ssPageName=STRK:ME:UFS and HeadFi feedback at http://www6.head-fi.org/forums/showthread.php?t=102666 ) and had not had any problems.
